Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer passionate about creating digital experiences that impact millions of people. You’ll collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and leadership teams to define and execute the design vision.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design, from research to launch. Build scalable design systems and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints. Partner with product managers and engineers to define and refine requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral metrics analysis.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing digital products. Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and attention to detail. Ability to communicate and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
